Inspection, Selection and Rework of Parts
We carry out a thorough inspection of components to identify any deviation from specifications. We ensure that only conforming parts continue in the production process, separating non-conforming parts and, whenever possible, applying rework processes to recover them under the strictest quality standards.
Quality Walls
We implement strategic control checkpoints within the production line to detect non-conforming parts before they move forward in the process, preventing them from impacting later stages or reaching the final customer.
Technical Assistance:
We support our clients with specialized on-site technical assistance, quickly resolving any quality issues that may arise during the production process.
Controlled Shipment Level 1 & 2
We manage this critical automotive industry procedure for suppliers who need to certify the quality of their shipments. Level 1: we supervise and validate an additional inspection carried out by the supplier prior to shipment. Level 2: we perform a 100% inspection with our own personnel, as an independent third party, to guarantee full conformity of the batches sent to the customer.
Process Audits
We systematically evaluate manufacturing and logistics processes to verify compliance with industry standards (ISO, VDA, etc.) and specific customer requirements, identifying risks, non-conformities and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Warranty Parts Analysis
We carry out a detailed technical analysis of components that have failed during the warranty period, determining the root cause of the failure and generating precise technical reports, essential for implementing corrective actions and preventing future incidents.
Technical Residents
We assign one of our specialized engineers or technicians to work permanently or semi-permanently at the client’s facilities, acting as the link between the supplier and the plant, managing incidents in real time and ensuring an immediate response.
Quality Antennas
We act as the supplier’s “eyes and ears” inside the customer’s plant, proactively monitoring component performance on the assembly line to detect potential quality issues early and prevent claims or line stoppages.

Forklift Parts Movement
We safely and efficiently move parts and materials within the plant, optimizing internal circulation times and reducing the risk of damage during handling.

We perform periodic physical counts of parts and materials, cross-checking the information against system records to guarantee stock accuracy and detect discrepancies in time.

Courier Dispatch & Shipping
